Genevoyager possesses a proprietary insect baculovirus system known asOne-Bac 4.0. This system employs a novel approach for regulating AAV expression cassettes, coupled with critical process optimizations. It attains higher yield, better infectivity, and higher full-capsid ratio for large-scale manufacturing. The single-batch production capacity of the One-Bac 4.0 system can reach up to 1E+18 vg.
